Founded in 1991 by Greg Gaylord, Drum Solo has carved a unique niche in the drum making community. Greg has surpassed many of his drummaking competitors who simply assemble parts together by hand.

Greg’s unique lug design is hand tooled from brass. His ability to craft snare shells from a variety of woods has produced many orders from individuals as well as drum companies.

Finally, the size of Greg’s operation allows him to work with each drummer one-on-one, to design the ultimate solution in terms of custom drums or full drum kits.
